1. Service Agreement

By booking a ride with JFTBLIMO, you agree to these terms of service. JFTBLIMO provides luxury transportation services in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require payment at the time of reservation. Prices are calculated based on distance and vehicle type. Payment is processed securely through Square.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. A waiting period of up to 15 minutes is provided for standard pickups and 60 minutes for airport pickups.

5. Liability

JFTBLIMO carries comprehensive insurance coverage. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
